Job Description

As a Staffing recruiter you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by our clients. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels, has a passion for connecting people with opportunities, pass for community, and is comfortable marketing as needed to get the word out about our positions. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image. This position is located in Savannah, GA,however this position does require travel.

Responsibilities:

Responsible to implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions

Source, recruit, screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates for nonexempt light industrial roles

Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure our internal systems are updated

Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates (Building networks within the community)

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.

Responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the SIMOS Operations team, resolving problems, participating in meetings and maintain a high level of candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.

Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing

Relationship management, handling escalations, communicating recruitment progress, and managing expectations.

Requirements:

2-4 years recent high volume, fast paced recruiting experience

Must have experience using candidate management systems (ATS, CRM etc.)

Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives/deadlines.

Extreme sense of urgency

Highly detailed Oriented

Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices

Excellent customer service delivery

Strong presentation skills verbal and in person

Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast paced setting

Customer Oriented attitude

Ability to collaborate effectively with others

Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner

A valid Drivers License is required
