Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced recruiter that will help with our staffing goals in finding qualified candidates.

The role will be responsible for sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, creating a seamless process for new hires.

An individual in this role will perform the following duties, where other applicable duties or responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Job Functions:Develop recruitment strategiesScreening candidatesInterviewing and hiringManage job postings Stay current with industry trendsRecruitment activities such as job fairs and training sites The successful candidate will have:Bachelor’s degree in human resources business or equivalent preferred.Minimum 1-3 years experienceGood oral and written communication skills.Some knowledge of constructionSpanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement Benefits available401k Health InsurancePaid Vacations
