The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Partner to join our team. Reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for playing a crucial part of the People Operations team in implementing new programs and initiatives that will continue to develop employees and contribute positively to the culture and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner by providing HR support and guidance to employees and management.

Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and a focus on conflict resolution.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.

Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.

Ensure consistent and accurate flow of information so that all payrolls are processed accurately, on time, and in accordance with requirements. Interface with employees and respond to inquiries and payroll questions using appropriate channels of communication.

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.

Maintain the accuracy of HR systems by keeping all employee and contractor details up to date throughout the employee lifecycle. Analyze HR data regularly, identifying areas for improvement in current processes.

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment state and federal laws and best practices.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years experience; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English a plus.
