Computer Operations Support

This is a great opportunity for a Computer Operations Support professional to join our team in New Albany, Ohio. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience as a data center operator who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity for overtime. The successful candidate will work onsite every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

What You'll Do

Monitor and support our IT infrastructure and data center environments.

Ensure the timely completion of scheduled batch cycles and processes.

Identify and resolve issues that disrupt or negatively impact system processing.

Work with various support teams to resolve issues and incidents based on established procedures.

Monitor all data center hardware and software, taking action as needed.

Control physical access to the facility and monitor the physical state of the data center.

Document all shift activities and incidents.

Respond to calls and inquiries to facilitate the timely resolution of issues and service requests.

What We're Looking For

Experience: At least five years of experience as an operator in a data center environment.

Knowledge: Familiarity with service management, workflow automation, and monitoring software is a plus.

Skills: Experience with distributed systems operations.

This position offers a pay rate of $33/hour, with some flexibility depending on experience.
