As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, contributing to our vision of supplying the highest quality greenhouse products and structures.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound sales inquiries, handling calls, emails, and lead generation efforts with professionalism and farmer-centric approach.

Accurately capture and maintain customer data in our CRM (HubSpot) to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Qualify leads, provide comprehensive quotes, and guide customers through the process of selecting and purchasing greenhouses, high tunnels, and related supplies.

Lead generation planning and execution: cold calls, email copy, follow up, site visits.

Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and seamless customer experience.

Conduct site visits to local customers, offering pre-sale consultation and post-sale support.

Represent CT Greenhouse at relevant trade shows and industry events, promoting our products and services.

Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth, leveraging the company's professional development resources and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as agriculture, horticulture, business, or sales.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the agricultural or greenhouse industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office suite, and web-based applications.

Working knowledge of greenhouse and agricultural production systems is a significant advantage.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

- Base salary range: $55,000 - $75,000

- Paid national holidays and two weeks of PTO (accrued from start date, available after 90 days)

- Health insurance stipend: $800 per month

- Phone stipend: $100 per month

- Company-issued laptop

- Professional development stipend: $2,000 per year

- 90-day trial period before benefits apply
