Infrastructure Engineer

In the context of team expansion, Neurones IT India is looking for L3 Infrastructure Engineer for our Bengaluru Service Centre in India. Your role encompasses:

Role and responsibilities:

Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions, leveraging platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Deploy and manage virtualized environments, including servers, storage, and network components.

Ensure high availability and performance of infrastructure systems by implementing redundancy, load balancing, and disaster recovery solutions.

Monitor and optimize the performance and capacity of infrastructure resources, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement infrastructure projects.

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Assist in the evaluation and selection of new infrastructure technologies and tools.

Technical Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.

Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Azure, or AWS ( Azure is a big plus) is must.

Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Solid understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS) and backup and recovery processes

Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
