DevOps Architect

Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure DevOps pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to define DevOps strategies and best practices.

Architect and automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Prometheus.

Lead efforts to containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes for improved scalability and reliability.

Establish and maintain DevOps metrics and monitoring systems to track performance, reliability, and efficiency improvements.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to DevOps engineers and cross-functional teams on DevOps practices, tools, and technologies.

Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and cloud computing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure scalability challenges.

Drive cultural change towards a DevOps mindset by promoting collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices in all DevOps processes and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

4+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or related roles.

Proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing DevOps pipelines in enterprise environments.

Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts.

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and orchestration tasks.

Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, tools, and best practices, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

Deep knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for infrastructure automation.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
