A globally oriented organization committed to delivering high-quality services to its client is seeking for skilled, dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer, Marketing Specialist, Customer Service Officers, Translators and Project Managers to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our market presence.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a pivotal role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes.


Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).

Proven experience in HR roles, including recruitment and employee relations.

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Team player with a customer-focused mindset.

As a Marketing Specialist you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance our brand presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.


Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, including digital marketing and social media management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.

Detail-oriented with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in at least two languages, including any Chinese Language and English Language, both spoken and written.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, assisting clients with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products or services. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships.


High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus).

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customers.

Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is advantageous.

As a Language Translator, you will play a critical role in translating written or spoken content from one language to another, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness. You will work on a wide range of projects, including documents, marketing materials, meetings, and more.

Proficiency in at least two languages, including Mandarin and English Language, both spoken and written.

Previous experience as a translator or interpreter is preferred.

Excellent communication and language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and syntax.

Cultural awareness and sensitivity to ensure translations are culturally appropriate.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.

Familiarity with translation software and tools (e.g., CAT tools) is a plus.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field is preferred.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to develop and execute growth plans.


Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven track record of successful business development and sales in [your industry or a relevant field].
