Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events.

Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless event execution.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Manage event budget to achieve profitability goals.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Banquet Manager in a full-service restaurant or similar setting

Exceptional customer service and team management skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
