Call Center Representative:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers.
Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to build strong relationships and promote our organization's mission.
Educate callers about our organization's programs.
Meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to improve your knowledge of our organization's mission and programs.
Collaborate with other members of the call center team and organization to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
Call Center Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with fundraising software and donor databases.
A passion for helping others and commitment to our organization's mission.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
