Lead Men and Electrical Helpers

We are a locally owned company in Jacksonville FL. We currently work in the whole state of Florida & Atlanta. We are seeking entry-level full-time electrical helpers. We are looking for a long-term employee. Must be able to assist electrician in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to working outdoors digging trenches along with other job hand duties.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Workers to join our team. This role will provide support to assigned projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements. This position reports to the jobsite superintendent.

• 1+ year in electrical service or construction

• Has hand tools and some battery-operated tools

• ON TIME

• Self-motivated

• Willingness to learn

• Leadership personality

• Positive personal demeanor

• Enjoys team atmosphere

• Reliable transportation to the jobsite

• Able to lift 75lbs consistently

• Able to work in attics and crawl spaces (not common in type of work)

• Pass Pre-employment Drug Screening

• Able to travel if needed

• Overall can do attitude with a customer service mind

• Eligible to work in the US

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year manual labor experience.

• Able to pass math & reading test

• OSHA 30 or 10 a plus

• Must have reliable transportation

• Legally eligible to work in the US

• Pre-employment background screening (criminal, drug screen and DMV) is required for all positions

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday

• 7:00am - 3:30pm
