Role Description: The ETS Merger Technical Integration team is responsible for successful integration of a merger of two firms. It’s a large scale, multiyear, complex program that spans across multiple technical disciplines and locations. The role of Integration Project Manager to facilitate multiple sub-projects and deliverables under a program manager in a structured and efficient manner by means of following a mature program lifecycle. The project manager will be collaborating with the large number of Technology teams from both the companies in their efforts to integrate. This role will be part of the Program management team which operates across Enterprise Technology& Services (ETS) division and will be responsible to lead workstream(s) and provide project management support for various deliverables. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering various project phases and acts as a point of contact for a wide range of stakeholder.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Necessarily Limited To:
Drive end to end execution of projects/program consisting of multiple work streams
Risk, action, issues and dependencies identification, resolution / mitigation co-ordination
Development of detailed delivery plans, information documents and status reporting
Coordinate across local, regional and global teams, virtual teams and matrix managed teams
Facilitating project meetings, track and publish actions, plans, risks, and issue
Develop detailed project plans working with a large number of technical teams
Develop and execute detailed migration plans
Adherence to project lifecycle quality and policy standards
Create and articulate executive level communication on a project or program level
Responsible for senior stakeholder management, communications, and escalation
Experience & Skills Required (Must Have):
Project management of IT infrastructure and experience of differing execution methodologies such as waterfall, agile/scrum, and hybrid approaches
Good understanding and ability to work across disparate technological environments including End user technology, Server (Compute) platforms, Networking (Voice and Data), Cloud, Datacentre and applications technologies.
Strong hands on knowledge in one or more Technology areas above is preferred
Merger and technology integration experience preferred
Excellent written / reporting skills is a must. Major part of the work is to prepare and communicate number of reports that can articulate status to Non-technical user base.
Ability to connect dots across various workstreams and teams to bring the big picture together
Ability to indirectly manage virtual team members from a diverse cultural background and locations
Highly organized and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel, MS project) skills
Proactive, positive, strong sense of ownership and accountability
A sound background for the adherence to business processes and procedures
Candidates must have a good attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have the ability to be flexible, work independently be self-motivated and a team player
Experience & Skills (Nice To Have)
Project management certifications e.g., Agile certifications, PMP certified (or equivalent recognized professional standard)
Financial industry experience, preferably tier 1 Investment banking experience
Communication degree or similar area

Experience working in application management and/or tech infrastructure
Experience working in a post-acquisition integration environment, all the better in financial services
Strong communication skills, including senior stakeholder reporting and working with technical team members
Strong project management skills, including project planning/plan maintenance, risk/issue tracking, getting hands dirty with execution at granular level as required
Understanding the business drivers and technical details enough to own the narrative/content for the area the person is managing. At all times able to articulate what the team is doing, why they are doing it, and if the team has any risks/issues
