Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel arrangements for family vacations, honeymoons, weddings, corporate events, sports teams, and group travel

Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, schedules, and budgets

Plan and book tour packages, cruises, excursions, day trips, and special experiences

Handle reservations for flights, accommodations, rental vehicles, theme parks, and event tickets

Provide clients with essential travel documentation, including confirmations, tickets, and required forms

Assist with itinerary modifications, rebookings, and alternative travel arrangements as needed
