General Manager - Fast-Casual Concept

We are seeking a General Manager - Fast Track To District Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the kitchen and service team.

Wilmington, NC

This is a busy, QSR, brand with multiple locations throughout the area.

$75,000 base salary

Bonus

PTO

Five day week

No bar or late nights

Opportunity to advance to a DM role

Requires a hands-on style, lead by example!

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of kitchen and FOH emplyees

Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting

Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong leadership qualities
