Senior DevOps Engineer

YOU WILL:

• Develop and deploy Infrastructure and change as code

• Leverage existing monitoring tools for tracking business critical systems and infrastructure.

• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from planning, through implementation, to operational readiness

• Collaboration with internal and external team to improve tools, systems architecture, procedures and security

• Produce well-written technical project documentation

• Achieve and maintain PCI compliance

• Administration of Kubernetes and Cloud environment (AWS)

• CDN(Akamai) management both security and apps

• Automate processes and monitor integration

• Provide technical architecture for various business initiatives and development requirements

• Create and maintain standards and documentation related to security, procedures and infrastructure architecture

• Attend production issues

• Optimize cloud computing architecture

• Conduct systems tests for security, performance and availability

• Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation

• Set up a continuous build environment to speed up software development and deployment process using Jenkins and Git

• System provisioning

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent Computer Science or related industry experience

• 3yrs+ experience in AWS cloud services/security, Kubernetes implementation and best practices

• 4yrs+ experience in various OS platforms (Linux distros/Windows)

• Experience in Docker/Jenkins/Terraform/Git

• Experience in System monitoring and integration (Newrelic, Slack, Jira, Splunk, MS Teams)

• Experience in various DB (Mysql/Mssql/Mongo) administration

• Scripting skills (any/all) - Python/ Bash/Perl /Php

• AWS/GCP certification is a plus

• Experience with Akamai administration is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Self-management abilities and strong leadership traits
