2: Able to design, simulation, integration, and test of Digital circuits

3: FPGA and PCB/CCA design

4: Electronic drawer/unit design

5: Test System Architecture and Design

6: Perform and/or lead FPGA design, functional simulation, and test vector creation

7: Perform and/or leadl a team of engineers in design of FPGAs and flight test systems

8: Perform and/or lead PCB/CCA design, development, test, and integration

9: Perform and/or lead electronic Unit design, development, test, and integration

10: Perform and/or lead electronic Test System (Test Set) design, development, test, and post-delivery support

11: Perform and/or lead developing and presenting design reviews for internal and external customers

12: Perform and/or lead reporting schedule and earned value to project leadership

The Ground Systems Development Department is seeking a talented Staff Engineer Digital FPGA Design Lead to lead the development and integration of complex electronic test systems and electronic hardware units in support of space flight programs.

This individual would act as the responsible design engineer (RDE) and FPGATechnical Lead of development on our program.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Develop system architecture and detailed design

== Perform customer briefings/reviews

== Hardware test, site integration, and post-delivery support

== Primary deliverables are flight electronics test systems and satellite system operational ground based hardware

== Lead an electrical design team comprised of electrical hardware design engineers and other engineering functions, including: Flight Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Program Management to meet schedule and technical requirements.
