Our Kitchen Managers need to be motivated, hardworking, energetic, experienced and fully capable of leading a group of kitchen personnel. The Kitchen Manager must have a strong passion for the hospitality industry and work every single shift to ensure an smooth running kitchen. Knowledge of broiler, fryer, ovens and expediting meals is a must. The person in this position must set high standards with staff to create the quality dishes for each and every guest. Solid practices to build sales will earn you a great bonus, along with building sales and guest counts will get you noticed for salary increases.
