As a Sanitation Lead you’ll be responsible for leading, motivate and develop sanitation staff, including but not limited to sanitation chemical management, training, maintenance of sanitation and production equipment, testing procedures, informing management of sanitation issues, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures. This position will also promote a safe work environment through knowledge of the sanitation program and commitment to a safe work place for all. Applicants must be available to work Monday – Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm with overtime required. What you'll need to be successful High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of work history in a manufacturing environment required with leadership responsibilities. As a Team Lead, we’ll ask that you support all areas of sanitation if the need arises, this means standing, lifting and moving raw materials and finished product weighing up to 50 lbs. In this role you will be responsible for reporting and documentation of daily duties, so basic computer skills are required.
