Job Description:
- Customer service agent should be able to handle customer grievances
related to products and services.
- Customer service agent should be able to up-sale or do cross-selling
of other products list by the organization.
- Customer service agent should be able to process refund or charge
the payment in case if customer is facing issues in doing so.
- Customer service agent should always provide appropriate and
accurate information to the customer. Being the voice of company,
they should give best customer service by keeping companies policies
and standards in mind.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from college or university is required
- Experience will be an asset (0-2 years)
Expected Start of job: January/Februrary
Salary: $19/hr
