Cyber Security Analyst support Entry Level
•Analyze system logs, threat intelligence and security events trends with the ongoing goal of improving efficiency and minimal time to remediate
•Install, configure, upgrade and monitor security appliances and software such as firewalls, anti-virus software, patch management systems, etc.
•Monitor network activity to identify issues early and communicate them to IT teams.
•Interfaces with IT management and other IT personnel for overall security standardization.
•Perform additional security and infrastructure duties as directed by management.
Excellent Desktop troubleshooting skills
•Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
•Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care.
•Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
•Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services.
•Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
•Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
