Roles and Responsibilities

Managing sales, and relationships with assigned clients & Territory

Business development by bringing new clients on board

Achieving the sales targets by account mining for additional business through continuous client engagement

Effectively assessing the clients needs and proposing customized solutions that best address those needs.

Managing the entire campaign of the clients to ensure delivery of the commitment made to the client

Ensuring delivery by analyzing performance and working closely with sales operations, client delivery and client marketing team

Follow up for payments and ensuring timely collections

Be an evangelist for Xesaa ecosystem of products and services

Desired Candidate Profile

Full time Graduate/ MBA (Preferred) with sales and marketing as majors

Candidates with FMCG work experience into customer centric / sales roles will be preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Competence to acquire new skills and knowledge continuously

Ability to work under pressure

Good general knowledge and awareness of business landscape

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed
