SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Sr. Syteline Sales Consultant for its ERP-systems client. Working from a home office and traveling to client locations, this person will provide business consulting and training services to manufacturing clients in the areas of financial management, MRP, cost accounting, planning / scheduling, project management, process modeling, and implementation.
Provide analysis and modeling of client manufacturing business processes, as well as insight into both the business and technology sides of Supply Chain processes (forecasting, planning and scheduling).
Analyze and communicate effectively with multiple client departments and make recommendations on SyteLine products, usage and configuration, developing deliverable documents as required.
Execute and implement project plans, providing periodic status reporting.
Coordinate test plan development and system testing.
Provide onsite client interaction and manage user training.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Math, Operations, Engineering, or Logistics preferred.
SyteLine experience (Release 6 or newer) in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment required.
Work experience in manufacturing and logistics environments, and implementation of forecasting, planning and scheduling software, strongly preferred.
Experience / knowledge of finite scheduling, simulation, or solver-based optimization required.
APICS Certification (CPIM) a plus.
Extensive travel within geographic area required, up to 75% or more.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Project), Access & Oracle/SQL, and CRM Sales Management tools required.
