for a growing and professionally managed Realty and Construction Group.

Job Description:

-Planning, Business development, establishing targets & ensuring accomplishment of the same through sales team.

-Leading team to promote sales and to meet the specific requirements of clients and handle sales operation.

-Identify potential property associates and to establish a strong network of channel partners in India.

Managing the sales and marketing operations and accountable for increasing sales growth.

Ensure execution of marketing plans of allotted projects.

Qualification/Education Profile Desired :

-Degree in any discipline + MBA with specialization in sales and marketing.

-Candidate should have Real estate background and have minimum 10 to 15 years of experience.

-Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

-Effective oral and written communication in Hindi and English.

-Leading a team of inside Area Sales Manager / Sales executives & regularly taking follow-up with the team for Lead Generation, Hunting New customers and Accounts.

-Give the presentation to the clients about the projects & resolve their queries on same.

Age Desired : Below 40 Years.
