Trusted Link EDI is a requiremment plus work in a BPCS/LX evnvironment,


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with customers both internally and externally with B2B issues related to their ordering and invoicing interfaces.

• Collaborate with other SMEs including Sr. IT Business Applications Manager, Senior IT Functional Analyst, ERP Software Vendor (Opentext), Customer Service, and other members of the organization.

• Research, identify, track, and communicate incidents and problems with services within purview.

• Communicate and coordinate with department leadership about common frustrations, hindrances, and other issues that interrupt workflow.

• Actively participates in designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting new and existing EDI services.

• Organize and prioritize assigned tasks to meet established schedules, timeliness, and/or deadlines.

• Document and train other members of organization to act as backup in support role.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

• Assists with project management discipline.

• Assists with change management discipline.


• Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules.

• Must be able to work extended hours when required.

• All other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate:

(If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution.)

• College or advanced degree (or equivalent work experience will be considered).

• In-depth knowledge and proven experience with EDI standards and message formats.

• Knowledge of Infor’s BPCS.

• Knowledge of Infor’s LX.

• Manufacturing experience a significant plus.

• IBM iSeries/AS400 experience and proficiency.

• IBM GXS BizManager knowledge.

• OpenText TrustedLink knowledge.

• Knowledge of RPG, RGPLE, and ASSET programming languages, SQL, and DB2 databases.

• Proficient in English (read, write, and verbal communication).

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, sponsorship not available.

Preferred Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities:

(If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution.)

• Knowledge of RPG programming, RPGLE programming, ASSET programming, SQL, DB2 databases, Microsoft Office products.
