Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience coordinating commercial construction projects. Duties include preparing and managing documents such as contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and construction reports. Successful candidate must be an excellent collaborator with strong administrative, budgetary and time management skills, along with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
