Salary $70,000 - $105,000 Includes base salary + Profit Sharing Plan

Growing client needs 4 Process Engineers – engineers who will utilize expertise to enhance and optimize production needs on a paper machine or converting area of the mills while being mentored for a future growth opportunity.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes within a paper mill. The Process Engineer will continuously seek ways to improve yield and energy efficiency of the plant. Drawing upon your expertise, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating existing processes and facilitating system changes to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within the production process.
Qualities such as internally motivated and results-oriented, and strong leadership capabilities are integral in this role. You’ll need to be a hands-on, technically trained person with working knowledge of Paper Machines or Converting processes.
Requirements for this Process Engineering:
• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paper industry
• Organized/Detail Oriented Individual
• Desire to be mentored into Management Positions
