Review the international trading requirements and logistical systems to meet the company’s requirements; coordinate trading, international logistics, and maintenance processes in air/ocean import processes, including review shipping and import documents for accuracy, analyze costs, work with management to negotiate freight, control & monitor freight, and ensure cost controls and approval routes are in place and effective; analyze inventory for the physical distribution of products and determine the most efficient distribution locations in North America; maintain trading tracking books and report data through utilization of multiple information sources to provide formal and informal activity reports to analyze costs and expenses; review billing statements for accuracy and prepare payments to various vendors.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Trading, International Business, or related.
