Experience of 1 – 2 years in a call center/customer support position (specifically US based Customer Support)

Job purpose

The Client Customer Support Executive is the one who is responsible for answering all queries related to our Client’s products/services, maintenance of Client’s Calendar & creation of neat, accurate spreadsheets for our Client’s Marketing Campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities

Answering Customer Support:

• Clearing out & handling all tickets on Ticketing Platform, FreshDesk and our gmail system

• Send out call recordings of all of our client related calls to appropriate persons and ensure upload in the appropriate places

Maintenance of Reports:

• Creating Daily Marketing Campaigns reports on Google Spreadsheets with precision level accuracy by pulling data from various platforms - Facebook, Infusionsoft, etc

Maintenance of Social Media Channels:

• Upload Content Education videos of our clients to Client’s Facebook & YouTube Organic Channels with appropriate descriptions neatly & accurately daily

• Upload Content Education videos of our Client’s to the appropriate Facebook Groups & sending it to upload in membership site with co-ordination of Development Executive

• Post appropriate content that’s given on client’s social media

Project Management:

• Interpret video editing instructions from client based on the content & send it over to Video Editor for editing

• Updating our list of clients roster, and keeping that spread sheet up to date based on the information received

Skill:

Great Spoken & Written Communication Skills

• Experience Handling FreshDesk or similar Ticketing Platform

• Experience using Facebook/YouTube

• Email Writing Skills

• Excellent Use of Excel

• Report Preparation Skills
