Must have good communication skills and good organization skills. Primary duties will be to answer all phones, keep track of waiting list for leasing apartments, show apartments to interested applicants, keep records of appliances needed for apartments, order appliances as needed, and prepare/disclose leases to move in residents.

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday, with occasional OT
