What you will be doing:
As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by supporting management and staff with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. Specifically, this will include:
Monitoring and ordering breakroom and office supplies;
Making travel arrangements;
Organizing company lunches and events;
Sorting and distributing incoming mail;
Handling office shipments and outgoing mail;
Maintaining vehicle registrations;
Maintaining and ordering certificates of insurance;
Assisting with scheduling interviews and phone screening employment candidates;
Light data entry and filing; and,
Other duties as needed.
Who we are looking for
Our success is based on individuals who are ready to make the most of their skills and prepared to tackle any challenge they face. As well as your high school diploma, experience handling office administration is desired. Strong initiative, organization, and communication skills required.
