The Human Resources Assistant works under the guidance and direction of the Human Resources Manager, in order to provide assistance and administrative support in a variety of activities and programs related to Human Resources, ensuring a lively and involved workforce.


These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the management of human resources activities and programs; for example:

Recruitment - It plays an administrative support role for recruitment through the divisions

Onboarding: administration and coordination of new recruitment guidelines

Human resources information system: ensuring that all information is up to date, that actions are followed and reported

Compensation and benefits: assists full-time employees with documents, general questions and changes.

Health and safety - administrative support

HR events - Reservation and organization of air vents such as staff meetings and focus groups.

General Administration: answers employees' questions about human resources policies and procedures and refers to Managers, Human Resources as and when

Start date: as soon as possible

Salary: commensurate with the skills and experience of the candidates

Length of position: Part-time / Full Time

Desired qualifications:

Minimum of a degree in commerce / business administration / human resources
