Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Telesales Agent Team Lead, the main purpose of this role is to retention players and maximize the player’s lifecycle

Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform outbound calls to non-deposit and inactive players

Record all players’ feedback or suggestion and report to Team Lead

Working closely with the Customer Service and Marketing Department to ensure provide the

best customer service and products to players

Skills & Qualifications:

Be able to adapt to the demands of working in a rapidly changing environment

Have excellent communication skills and good customer service orientation

Will be innovative and self-motivated

Will have high confidence levels with a positive, outgoing and dynamic approach

Creative problem solver and team player

Multitasking and can work with minimal supervision

Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum 1 years of call center experience

Must have worked in a sales environment

Native Mandarin speaker

Knowledge of the gaming industry would be an asset

Strong passion for sports would be an asset
