Job Description

We are working with a Columbus-area organization that is looking to add a Property Admin to its corporate office team. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing administrative tasks that require consistent follow-up and attention to detail.

The position will mainly be based in the office, supporting property and housing-related processes, documentation, and communication. There will also be occasional travel to local properties, so a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.

What You'll Do:

Manage property-related paperwork, renewals, inspections, and follow-up activities

Update and maintain accurate lease, property, and client information in internal systems

Communicate with residents, vendors, property contacts, and internal departments by phone and email

Track outstanding documents and follow up regularly to ensure deadlines and next steps are completed

Research questions, gather necessary information, and help resolve routine administrative or property-related issues

Make occasional trips to local properties to assist with documentation or other onsite needs

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of administrative, office support, or coordination experience

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on open items

Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities

Experience with Yardi is a plus, but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for occasional local travel

Consistent work history demonstrating dependability and reliability

This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to join a team where organization, communication, and follow-through are key to keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
