Handover Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused professional to join us as:

Handover Engineer.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

•3–5 years of experience in real estate industry.

•Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.

•Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, facility management teams, and clients during the handover phase.

•Strong knowledge of finishing works, snagging and QA/QC processes.
