Description:

About Us

Finding good software projects takes more than technical skills. Building client relationships, understanding business needs, and delivering quality software all require different strengths.

We're building a network of software developers to collaborate on client projects. The idea is straightforward: bring together people with complementary skills, work on opportunities together, and build long-term business relationships that benefit everyone involved.

We're open to different technical backgrounds and levels of experience, with responsibilities and project assignments based on individual strengths.

Two Ways to Collaborate

1. Client-Facing Developers

If you're comfortable speaking with clients, explaining technical solutions, and discussing project requirements, you can participate in client interviews and technical discussions. This role is suited to developers who can communicate their experience clearly and help clients understand how their needs can be addressed.

2. Development-Focused Engineers

If you'd rather concentrate on engineering, you can focus on implementing features, building applications, integrating APIs, maintaining existing systems, or taking ownership of specific project components.

3. Full-Stack / End-to-End Contributors

If you enjoy both client communication and hands-on development, there's room to participate throughout the project, from initial discussions to delivery.

You don't need to cover every area. We want to understand what you're good at and match responsibilities to your experience.

Technologies and Experience

We're open to a broad range of skills, including:

Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, and related technologies

Backend: Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, .NET, and other backend stacks

Mobile: React Native, Flutter, native iOS and Android

Databases, cloud infrastructure, APIs, integrations, and other software engineering specialties

This isn't a requirement to know every technology. Your actual experience and preferred areas of work matter more than a long list of tools.

How the Collaboration Works

Project matching: We discuss your skills, availability, and interests before considering you for a suitable opportunity.

Clear responsibilities: The expected work, scope, timeline, and deliverables are discussed before a project begins.

Agreed compensation: Payment terms are established for each project based on the responsibilities, workload, and agreed pricing model.

Flexible engagement: Depending on the opportunity, work may be hourly, fixed-price, or structured around an agreed project arrangement.

Long-term potential: Successful collaborations can lead to additional projects and ongoing working relationships.

There is no requirement to take on every opportunity. The goal is to find arrangements that make business sense for both sides.

Who Should Reach Out?

We're interested in developers who take ownership of their work, communicate professionally, and want to build lasting working relationships.

Whether you're an experienced freelancer looking for more project opportunities, an independent engineer between contracts, or a developer interested in growing alongside a business partner, we'd be glad to hear from you.

Let's Connect

Send a short introduction covering your main technical skills, relevant experience, current availability, and whether you prefer client-facing work, development, or both.

A LinkedIn profile, GitHub account, portfolio, or examples of previous projects are welcome.

We'll review your background, discuss the type of collaboration that suits you, and explore whether there's a good fit.
