Groundskeeping Maintenance

Job Description

Part Time 20 hours

Grounds-Maintenance Cleaner for our buildings, parking lot and general grounds.

This would be a part-time position – 5 days a week including a weekend shift.

The hours would be from 8-noon (flexible).

Duties:

Sweeping areas of heavy traffic/litter in the lot, checking on dumpster area daily.

Seasonal prep/clean up of gardens and areas around the buildings.

Vacuum and mop the buildings weekly.

Some lifting at times.

This is a general outline. We are looking for someone who will work independently and must be able to communicate in english.
