OPERATIONS MANAGER

Northwest Valley, Phoenix, AZ On-Site

Salary: 90K–130K annually, plus competitive benefits

About the Opportunity

An established organization in the Northwest Valley is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business activities, lead a team, and maintain high standards for operational performance, service, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and coordinate staff, resources, facilities, maintenance, and equipment.

Lead, coach, and develop employees while maintaining accountability and effective scheduling.

Monitor operating expenses, budgets, and performance metrics to support business goals.

Handle all maintenance issues hands on with knowledge in repairs, fixes of equipment and more.

Establish consistent procedures that promote safety, efficiency, and quality.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, service delivery, and overall performance.

Maintain operational readiness and ensure facilities and equipment are properly maintained.

Support operational planning and implement process improvements as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of supervisory or management experience.

Experience in operations, maintenance, hospitality, customer service, recreation, facilities, or a related service-oriented environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary of 90K–130K
