REFERRAL COORDINATOR (REMOTE, FLEXIBLE, COMMISSION) — HELP GROW GROUP FIT, GET PAID PER SIGN-UP

Who We Are

Group Fit is an on-demand personal training platform. We're hiring proactive Sales Representatives and Brand Ambassadors to drive new client sign-ups.

Your Pay

- $50 cash bonus for every referred client who completes their first paid 60-minute session.

- Payouts are uncapped — there is no earning limit.

- Referrals and payouts can be tracked in real time in the Group Fit app.

What Success Looks Like

- You actively prospect and pitch local clients, gym members, and community networks to use Group Fit.

- You guide prospects to download the app, register an account, and book their free trial session.

- You distribute your dedicated referral link across social media, direct outreach, and local in-person networking.

- You're confident driving conversations, closing leads, and securing app registrations.
