Group Fit is an on-demand personal training platform that connects certified fitness professionals directly with local clients. Trainers on the platform run their own independent training business and rely on Group Fit for scheduling, client discovery, and secure payouts.

A DAY IN THE ROLE

- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions in person at client locations, at your own facility, or virtually.

- Manage client communications, PAR-Q reviews, and session scheduling directly in the Group Fit app.

- Keep 100% control of your availability, service radius, and training format.

REQUIREMENTS

- Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, canfitpro, or equivalent).

- Valid CPR/AED certification.

- Personal trainer liability insurance.

- Valid government ID and a smartphone.

- Authorization to work as an independent contractor in the USA.

PAY & TERMS

- Paid per completed session based on your custom rates, minus platform commission. No base salary, no guaranteed minimums.

- Location: flexible / service-area based (client homes, condo gyms, private studios, or virtual).

- Benefits: flexible schedule.

- Job Type: Commission / Contract.

- Work Location: Remote.
