The Gig

Group Fit runs an on-demand personal training platform, and we need proactive Sales Representatives and Brand Ambassadors to drive new client sign-ups. This is a commission role with flexible hours and remote work.

How You Earn

- Collect a $50 cash bonus for every referred client who completes their first paid 60-minute session.

- Payouts are uncapped — your earnings have no ceiling.

- Track referrals and payouts in real time through the Group Fit app.

Day-to-Day

- Prospect and pitch local clients, gym members, and community networks to join Group Fit.

- Help each prospect download the app, register their account, and book a free trial session.

- Spread your dedicated referral link via social media, direct outreach, and local in-person networking.

You'll Do Well If You

- Have prior sales, outbound outreach, or direct promotional experience.

- Are confident starting conversations, closing leads, and driving app registrations.
