The Platform

Group Fit is an on-demand personal training platform connecting certified fitness professionals directly with local clients. As a trainer on Group Fit, you operate your own independent training business — the platform provides scheduling, client discovery, and secure payouts so you can focus on coaching.

Your Role

- Run one-on-one personal training sessions: in person at client locations, at your own facility, or virtually.

- Look after client communications, PAR-Q reviews, and session scheduling in the Group Fit app.

- Decide 100% of your availability, service radius, and training format.

Requirements

- Current personal training certification — NASM, ACE, ISSA, canfitpro, or equivalent.

- Valid CPR/AED certification.

- Personal trainer liability insurance.

- Valid government ID plus a smartphone.

- Eligible to work as an independent contractor in the USA.

Pay & Terms

- Paid per completed session based on your custom rates, minus the platform commission. No base salary, no guaranteed minimums.

- Location: flexible / service-area based — client homes, condo gyms, private studios, or virtual.

- Benefits: flexible schedule.

- Job Type: Commission / Contract.
