What We're Looking For

We're seeking certified personal trainers who want to operate their own independent training business with the support of a platform built for them. Group Fit is an on-demand personal training platform that links fitness professionals directly with clients in their area — trainers handle the training, while Group Fit powers scheduling, client discovery, and secure payouts.

You Must Have

- A current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, canfitpro, or equivalent).

- Valid CPR/AED certification.

- Personal trainer liability insurance.

- A valid government ID and a smartphone.

- Authorization to work as an independent contractor in the USA.

Compensation & Terms

- You are paid per completed session at your own custom rates, minus the platform commission. No base salary and no guaranteed minimums.

- Your work location is flexible and service-area based: client homes, condo gyms, private studios, or virtual sessions.

- Benefit: flexible schedule.

- Job Type: Commission / Contract.

- Work Location: Remote.

The Day-to-Day

- Coach one-on-one personal training sessions in person at client locations, at your own facility, or online.

- Manage client communications, PAR-Q reviews, and session bookings directly inside the app.

- You control 100% of your availability, your service radius, and your training format.
