The Role

Group Fit — an on-demand personal training platform — is looking for proactive Sales Representatives and Brand Ambassadors who can bring new clients onto the platform.

What You'll Do

- Actively prospect and pitch local clients, gym members, and community networks to try Group Fit.

- Walk prospects through downloading the app, registering an account, and booking their free trial session.

- Share your dedicated referral link through social media, direct outreach, and in-person local networking.

Your Earnings

- $50 cash bonus for every referred client who completes their first paid 60-minute session.

- Uncapped payouts — there is no limit on what you can earn.

- Track your referrals and payouts in real time, right inside the Group Fit app.

What We're Looking For

- Prior sales, outbound outreach, or direct promotional experience.

- Confidence in starting conversations, closing leads, and securing app registrations.
