The Opportunity

Group Fit is an on-demand platform that connects certified personal trainers directly with clients nearby. Trainers run their own independent training business on Group Fit while the platform takes care of client discovery, scheduling, and secure payouts.

What You'll Do

- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions: in person at client locations, at your own facility, or virtually.

- Handle client communications, PAR-Q reviews, and session scheduling through the Group Fit app.

- Take full ownership of your availability, your service radius, and your training format — 100% your call.

What You Need

- A current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, canfitpro, or equivalent).

- A valid CPR/AED certification.

- Your own personal trainer liability insurance.

- A valid government ID and a smartphone.

- Authorization to work as an independent contractor in the USA.

Pay & Terms

- Pay is per completed session, based on your own custom rates minus platform commission. There is no base salary and no guaranteed minimum.

- Location: flexible / service-area based — client homes, condo gyms, private studios, or virtual.

- Benefits: flexible schedule.

- Job Type: Commission / Contract.
