Curd Prep - Part Time

General Purpose:

To provide efficient service by preparing for and bagging curd

Duties and Responsibilities:

Bag Curd in wrap area

Stamp curd bags for next day production

Follow all DFA GMP's and work in a manner consistent with all corporate and regulatory, food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.

Education and Experience

Prefer High School diploma or GED equivalent

Must read and write english

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Math skills

Must be dependable
