QuickPro Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plastic Mold Machine Operator for a 1st shift opportunity in Franklin, Ohio. This role involves operating plastic injection molding machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining an efficient production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines

Inspect parts for quality and consistency

Trim, assemble, and package plastic components

Perform minor machine adjustments and report any issues

Maintain accurate production records

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

Plastic injection molding experience is a plus

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Strong attention to detail

Dependable with a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
