Plan, direct, and coordinate compliance and risk management functions for a gutter installation company with multiple branch offices in Florida. Duties include: Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and commercial clients to ensure compliance with Florida regulations and favorable terms for the company. Oversee regulatory compliance with OSHA workplace safety standards, state contractor licensing requirements, and consumer protection laws. Manage liability, warranty, and workers’ compensation claims; act as liaison with insurance carriers and external counsel as needed. Develop, implement,

and update company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance procedures. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting the construction and home-improvement industry; communicate changes to company leadership. Ensure that all offices maintain valid licenses, insurance coverage, and permits required for gutter installation operations across Florida.
