Artist Development & Growth Partner (Commission-only)

This is a commission-only freelance opportunity. There is no basic salary, retainer or guaranteed income.

In:House is a founder-led electronic music artist-management and development business. Our six-month programme supports DJs and producers with music, artist identity, professional assets and career strategy.

We are looking for proactive growth partners who understand electronic music and can identify artists who could benefit from our paid artist-development programme.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Identify suitable beginner and intermediate electronic artists.

- Build relationships through your network and relevant artist communities, including Ableton, Logic Pro, FL Studio and Bitwig communities.

- Start thoughtful, personalised conversations and understand artists' development needs.

- Explain the programme using approved information and qualify interest before a conversation with the founder.

- Support professional follow-up and handover through to enrolment.

- Keep accurate records of introductions, conversations and outcomes.

- Represent In:House honestly, without guaranteeing signings, bookings, income or industry access.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Familiarity with electronic music, artists, labels and communities.

- Confident communication, commercial awareness and reliable follow-through.

- Understanding of production, releases and the challenges developing artists face.

- Familiarity with artist development, PR, EPKs or music marketing.

- Initiative to organise independent freelance activity.

Experience in sales, artist services, promotion, events or music marketing is useful. Formal music qualifications are not required.

PROPOSED COMMISSION

- Standard GBP 1,500 pay-in-full programme: GBP 150.

- Discounted pay-in-full programme: 10% of the programme fee actually received.

- Monthly-payment programme: GBP 60 one-off referral commission, with no recurring commission on later instalments.

Commission applies to qualifying, attributed enrolments where customer payment has been received. Written terms covering attribution, refunds, cancellations and payment dates will be agreed before work begins.

Remote working with flexibility over when and how you organise your activity. You can work alongside other freelance clients and projects. This opportunity suits someone comfortable with independent, results-based freelance work.
