Remote Sales Representative - Security Camera Systems

Five Star CCTV is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to help customers find security camera and surveillance solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from prospective customers

• Learn about customer security needs and recommend appropriate products

• Explain product features and benefits clearly

• Follow up with prospective customers and sales opportunities

• Assist customers throughout the sales process

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and sales activity

• Build professional relationships with new and existing customers

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and online

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Basic computer and internet skills

• Sales experience preferred

• Experience with security cameras, CCTV, electronics, technology, or related products is a plus

• Willingness to learn about security camera products and solutions

Work Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Compensation: $18.00-$25.00/hour + commission
