Title: Associate Consultant

Role: Health Information Technology

Location: San Diego,CA

Training:

Syntel is hiring health information technology associate to be trained and deployed on a prestigious integrated health system in San Diego – CA. All necessary training on healthcare systems will be jointly provided by highly experience trainers from Syntel and our client.

Responsibilities include:

• Working on health information technology (Electronic Health Record Systems) projects throughout the planning and implementation and support cycles.

• Requirement gathering, analysis, configuration and testing during implementation and post implementation support

• Data analytics

• Work closely with clients/customers to ensure alignment on project solutions.

• Use Syntel’s best practices with that of our client.

• Works with business facing analysis to determine and translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a Health Information Systems or related field.

• Demonstrate analytical skills

• Excellent verbal communication and written skills.

• Knowledge and experience of gathering data for requirements and use case development.

• 3.0 or higher GPA

• Excellent judgmental, interpersonal, communication skills and follow-through.

• Must have experience manipulating health information systems.

• Experience in healthcare

Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship.
